PAIN IS EXHAUSTING, AND LIFE IS HARD ENOUGH
My path in massage therapy began in Thailand in 2013, where I first learned the art of Thai massage. I am a graduate of the Academy of Massage and Bodywork in Delaware where I received my license for massage therapy and have been practicing for 6 years.
From working in a hospital setting and partnering with health professionals, like Chiropractors and Physical Therapists, and as well as gaining my yoga certification, I apply a holistic and empathetic approach when building pain management plans with my clients.
I am grateful for the community I am part of, and for the opportunity to be a teacher's assistant for a Kinesiology course at COCC(Central Oregon Community College).
ABOUT
I believe that as humans, we tolerate a higher threshold of pain than we should. My mission isn’t to fix, but to provide individualized tools and accessible support for pain management care.
